Vince is the Associate Vice President of Entrepreneurial Initiatives at the University of Dayton, President of The Hub and Director of UD's Crotty Center for Entrepreneurship. An experienced entrepreneur, Vince works with many early stage startups and closely with other firms. Vince is also a UD faculty member teaching courses in strategy and entrepreneurship..

Juanita-Michelle Darden is the Director of the GWDI. She is also an entrepreneur, educator, and creative visionary dedicated to building community through business and storytelling. With a background in hospitality and culture, she has launched ventures that connect people and celebrate shared experiences. Passionate about empowering others, she mentors entrepreneurs and creates platforms where voices and ideas can thrive. She is also the writer and producer of The People’s Coffeehouse, a stage play blending art, music, and community. Known for her energy and innovation, Juanita-Michelle continues to inspire change by turning creativity into opportunities for connection, growth, and transformation.
